Women in Governance’s mentoring programs are designed for both executive and professional women, aiming to give them tools to accelerate their career development and be better prepared for their next challenge. Each program lasts 12 months, is available globally, and includes exclusive training and networking workshops. This is one of WiG’s concrete actions to help increasing gender equity in senior management positions and other decision-making bodies, while also creating a strong and diverse female talent pool in all industries! Les formations de La Gouvernance au Féminin concernent tant les enjeux fondamentaux que les défis d’actualité en gouvernance. Elles s’adressent à toute personne qui souhaite approfondir ses connaissances sur le fonctionnement des conseils d’administration, ou encore qui œuvre ou aspire à œuvrer dans des fonctions exécutives. Offertes en mode hybride pour permettre flexibilité et réseautage, elles ont été développées conjointement avec l’Institut sur la gouvernance d’organisations privées et publiques (IGOPP).
