Women in Governance is excited to bring its live Fireside Chat events, featuring exceptional guests, to an even greater global audience via online streaming!

On May 13th, join Rola Dagher and Caroline Codsi, both part of the Top 100 most powerful women in Canada, to learn more about the importance and benefits of diversity and gender parity in the corporate world.

Since 2017, Rola Dagher has led Cisco Canada to quickly emerge as one of the company’s top globally performing regions. A huge believer in diversity of thought, Dagher has made it her mission to empower and nurture employees, regardless of gender, culture, orientation or age. She serves as Americas President for Women of Cisco – a program that encourages more female participation in the technology industry – and has been a champion for immigrants and for mental health awareness, defining her as a leader far beyond the technology sector.

Most recently, she was recognized as one of the 2020 Top 25 Women of Influence™, and was recognized by Women in Communications and Technology (WCT) as the 2019 Woman of the Year.
